Hobbs Recovery Services has been established for over 20 years and prides itself in the professionalism and friendly service it provides to all the breakdown clubs, motor trade and general public.
 
We have a varied fleet of vehicles which include fully demount-able bed recovery vehicles which is advantageous for your prestigious specialist transport needs.
 
We also have a variety of light and heavy recovery specialist units. All our operatives are trained in recovery techniques to IVR standards and the Institute of Recovery as well. All technicians are also ‘City & Guilds’ certificated.
 
We provide roadside repairs where possible and we stock fast moving parts such as batters, clutch cables, etc. We recover motorcycles, cars, light commercials and caravans locally or long distance within the UK.

PAS 43:2008 - Management System Specification for the Safe Working of Vehicle Breakdown and Recovery Operators

 
PAS 43 is the publicly available management system specification for the safe working of vehicle breakdown and recovery operators. Sponsored by SURVIVE (Safe Use of Roadside Verges In Vehicular Emergencies) the purpose of the Pas 43 is to improve the safety of breakdown operatives, employees and customers at breakdown and recovery situations.
 
Also we hold the internationally recognised certification for our Management System which meets the requirements of ISO9001:2008. Combining the two certifications allows us to market our achievements and assure work providers, staff and customers of our ongoing professional approach to continual improvement.
